Lage super Personal sehr bemüht, spricht Englisch (es gab zeitweise kein warmes Wasser und es wurde versucht, eine Lösung zu finden) Bett sehr bequem

Frühstück im Keller (hier sitzt man wirklich nicht schön), die Cornflakes waren ein Klumpen und etwas staubig (stehen hier wohl schon recht lange und gehören regelmäßig ausgetauscht oder besser verpackt) Insgesamt sind die Zimmer okay aber nicht super modern und etwas dunkel Es könnte am Tee/Kaffee-Bereich an der Rezeption richtige Tassen und nicht nur Papp-Becher geben

Lack of Essential Guest Services and Unhelpful Staff Response During my stay at La Perouse, Nantes, I encountered significant challenges that travelers should be aware of. Firstly, the hotel does not provide access to a general-use telephone for local or international calls. The in-room phone is limited strictly to room service requests, which can be highly inconvenient for guests needing external assistance or emergency support. More concerning, however, was the response I received during a personal crisis. After my accounts were hacked, I found myself in urgent need of just 3 Euros to reach my educational institution, where emergency funds were available. Despite the visible presence of a cash drawer at the front desk, hotel staff declined to assist in any capacity. This refusal left me feeling unsupported and vulnerable in a moment of genuine need. For travelers considering a stay here, I recommend ensuring you have access to alternative means of communication and emergency funds, as the hotel's guest support in critical situations appears limited.

Convenient for a One Night Stop

Terrific central location, close walking distance to bars and restaurants. The continental buffet style breakfast included was very good with lots of choice.

The nearest car park is a 4 minute walk away. It is an underground multi storey structure with very, very narrow access on entry, within and exit, so if you have a big car (or even a medium size one), beware! The car park was extremely difficult to locate and access, even though I have used it on two previous occasions. Access is along what looks like a ‘wrong’ one-way approach across pedstrianised cobbles - but once found, it is exceptionally very good value for money at just €3.60 for a 12 hour overnight stay!
